Last night I stuffed.....stuffed and stuffed some more. I stuffed green peppers, I stuffed cabbage, I stuffed strawberries....and finally.....I stuffed myself!! ;0)
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
8oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Powered Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Snip the top of the strawberries. Hollow out the center of the strawberry a little. Put your filling in a bag, after it's mixed and start stuffin!! ;)

Never thought of stuffing strawberries! Our strawberries are done here for the year. Of course I could get some at WalMart.....

You were definitely in the 'zone' with all that stuffing! Personally, I go for stuffed cabbage. It's my favorite comfort food.
